Sleep is a natural break condition made by humans and other animals. sleep is very important for health. At least there are 8 things you can do before bed:
1. Pray
Always remember that God the Almighty. At least pray that we can still get up again tomorrow.
2. Prepare your bed
Organise and structure your bed to feel comfortable so you will sleep more deeply. The quality of sleep will be better.
3. Create an ideal room temperature for sleep
Make the room feel cool or comfortable as possible. You can use the air conditioner, fan or ventilation settings are safe.
4. Create the circumstances surrounding as comfortable as possible.
For some people, sleeping in the noise is not a big problem. But for many people, sleeping in a quiet suana become a necessity. Therefore, make for an atmosphere around you support your sleep process. Better when the room lights turned off, or replaced to the light intensity / low power.
5. Brush teeth and wash your feet / hands before going to bed
Brush your teeth before bed. Wash the feet / hands you so that you do not dirty the bed of course.
6. Keep away from dangerous goods
Keep dangerous items out of you. While sleeping, you are not aware of the movement you are doing.
7. Store equipment and tools you used to wear everyday.
Remove and store the usual stuff that you wear and use everyday, such as eyeglasses, walkers, and so forth.
8. Use bedding
Use equipment that will make you sleep more comfortably, such as sleepwear / pajamas, blindfolds, blankets, and so forth.
